As far as protein goes, meat and dairy are not as readily available as they might be in other worlds, and are very expensive here - 'a good steak' implies that kind of expense and finesse.

Maybe we should try and find out if there is a "The Four Horseman" business and where it is. Roy's memory implied wherever they were, it is one of the last places you can get a good steak. Perhaps if we can find the restaurant, we'll have a lead on where Grey is. And where he goes regularly.

If no one else is capable, I may be able to poke around New Moscow itself. My partner and I travel often, it would not be suspicious. I think you are right - if it is an expensive location where he has a tab, he likely frequents it.

I think that is a good idea. If we can narrow down where Grey is, we might have a better chance of catching him. He has many answers I think we all would like.
Apparently Displaced are getting gold eyes while using new powers. Using fire is still blue for me, but it may be something else will set off the gold. Perhaps Gold decided we were worthy.
I would not think of it as a place where he is so much as a place where he goes. With his resources, I imagine he can be virtually anywhere in the world. If the Four Horsemen exists with his favoritism, the chances of us running into him remain minimal without proper planning.
